Friday Fish Fry

Before I get to writing a post on the second part of my St. Patrick's Day, let me quickly share some photos of tonight's Fish Fry at Holy Redeemer.  Sarah Gregory got these shots of me with Leo Cassinelli . . .

The parents club at Holy Redeemer School has been hosting these fish dinners for the past several years and they are always very popular events. The food is always excellent, consisting of potato wedges, macaroni and cheese, cole slaw, cornbread, green beans and of course, fried fish. A wonderful way to keep the Lenten abstinence and support Catholic education!
