Lidia Bastianich Cooks for the Pope

Okay, so in the week or two I've been working on this thing I've posted quite a bit about food, and about the Pope's visit.  So I couldn't resist passing along this article on, you guessed it, the food the Pope ate during his stay in NYC.  The best line: "After the goulash, the pope said to Lidia, 'These are my mother's flavors.' Lidia said she almost cried when she heard this."  Who could blame her.  What a compliment!
